We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new article.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company can take some time to process and post your refund.
