 How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products. 


 What information should I input when ordering?

Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. If you have a VAT number, please remember to submit it. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of VAT number.


 What payment methods can I use? 

You can use all the major credit cards.



 Is VAT charged?

If you have VAT number, then VAT is not charged. You need to remember to add the VAT number to your account information section. Online checkout system will automatically fill in the submitted VAT number when you order products.
You can also add your VAT number during the checkout process manually.


 Can I use pro-forma invoice?

Yes, you can use pro-forma invoice. 


 What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. 


 I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We do our best to ship the items as quickly as possible. Please allow 24/48H days for your order to be shipped, average shipping time is 8-10 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 days please email help.dudo@gmail.com


 I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do now?

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please notify us by e-mail at help.dudo@gmail.com.
If the address entered is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be made after 24 hours of incorrect submission.


 I don't like the product, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund.
You will need to ship it back at your own expense, once we receive the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on your returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.


 Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it is shipped. If the item has already shipped, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
