How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive the order summary on your email. Your order summary will also be stored in your account.
You can also easily reorder later by clicking the "Reorder" button on any of your previously placed orders. After clicking on the "reorder" button, the cart will open and it will be possible to change quantities or products.


What information do I need to enter when ordering?

What payment methods can I use?

If you have a VAT number, VAT is not charged. You must remember to add your VAT number to your account information section. The online payment system will automatically fill in the VAT number sent when you order the products.
You can also add your VAT number during the payment process manually.


Can I use the pro forma invoice?

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your balance account.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 24/48 hours days for your order to ship, the average shipping time is 8-10 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 days, please email help.dudo@gmail.com


I have entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do now?

 I don't like the product, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
