Warranty and Returns

If you're looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns within 30 days after receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition where you received it.

  • Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you that your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days .

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the your article. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
