Warranty and Returns

If you're looking to return your order for any reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns within 30 days after receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund on the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as in you received it.

  • Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use. .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you that your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your company credit card, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
